Branding and Market Positioning - what you offer, to whom to offer it, how to communicate what you offer in a way that creates a deep connection with clients, and how to leverage that brand into multiple streams of products, services, programs and income 3. Growth Strategies - how to overcome the overwhelm that comes when your business starts generating sales, what systems and staff you need and how to implement, what options you have for leveraging your idea (franchising, licensing, certifications and more) and your exit strategy Our 5-week courses in each of these 3 areas are required for your diploma.
