Coach Certification Requirements
Following are the requirements for each of our coach certification programs:
Certified Purposeful Branding Coach™
- Complete CPBC Home Study Kit for training
- Complete 90 days of follow-up teleseminar training
- Do practice coaching with at least 2 different clients for at least 12 hours and submit Client Coach Evaluation form for each
- Submit application for certification including complete Business Plan
- Pay license fee of $97/month starting 5 months after live training for ongoing access to member benefits
Certified Career Coach Training and Certification
- Read Career Coaching: An Insider's Guide text, do exercises in Study Guide, listen to 12 Coaching Demonstrations and complete Quiz on each module (26 in all)
- Watch 27 e-modules
- Listen to (or attend live if available) 12 recorded Core Career Coaching classes and complete Feedback Form on each
- Do practice coaching with at least 4 clients for total of 50 hours each and submit Client Coach Evaluation form for each
- Gain access to Final Exam, complete and achieve score of at least 75%
- Submit Certification Application and pay $500 application fee
Executive Career Coach Training and Certification
- Read Career Coaching: An Insider's Guide text, do exercises in Study Guide, listen to 12 Coaching Demonstrations and complete Quiz on each module (26 in all)
- Watch 27 e-modules
- Listen to 12 recorded Core Career Coaching classes and complete Feedback Form on each
- Listen to 12 recorded Executive Career Coaching classes and complete Feedback Form on each
- Do practice coaching with at least 4 clients for total of 50 hours each and submit Client Coach Evaluation form for each
- Gain access to Final Exam, complete and achieve score of at least 75%
- Submit Certification Application and pay $500 application fee
Professional Retirement Coach Training and Certification
- Listen to the 12 recorded Coaching Authentic Retirement classes, read text and complete Feedback Form for each
- Listen to the 12 recorded Quantum Shift Coaching classes, read text and complete Feedback Form for each
- Practice coaching with at least 12 hours and have each complete a Coaching Client Evaluation form
- Submit Certification Application form and $500 certification fee
Workforce Development Coach Training and Certification
- Read Career Coaching: An Insider's Guide text, do exercises in Study Guide, listen to 12 Coaching Demonstrations and complete Quiz on each module (26 in all)
- Watch 27 e-modules
- Listen to 12 recorded Core Career Coaching classes and complete Feedback Form on each
- Do practice coaching with 2-5 clients for total of 50 hours each and submit Client Coach Evaluation form for each
- Gain access to Final Exam, complete and achieve score of at least 75%
- Submit Certification Application and pay $500 application fee
Purposeful Entrepreneur Coach Training and Certification
- Listen to the 12 recorded Coaching Purposeful Entrepreneurs to Success classes, read text and complete Feedback Form for each
- Listen to the 12 recorded Quantum Shift Coaching classes, read text and complete Feedback Form for each
- Practice coaching with at least 12 hours and have each complete a Coaching Client Evaluation form
- Submit Certification Application form and $500 certification fee
Each certification is valid for 3 years; to become recertified requires submission of Certification Renewal Application, documentation of 30 hours of Continuing Education Units, and renewal fee of $250.
